Qualified solicitors. Real oversight.
Every Willful review is conducted by a UK solicitor regulated by the SRA. Not a paralegal. Not an algorithm working alone. A qualified professional who puts their name to your will.
A named solicitor on every review. Verify any SRA number at sra.org.uk.
How we work
SRA-regulated
All Willful solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You can verify any SRA number at sra.org.uk.
Private client specialists
We only work with solicitors who have specific experience in wills, probate, and estate planning, not generalists.
48-hour SLA
Every review is completed within 48 business hours. Our internal systems monitor SLA compliance in real time.
Human review, always
AI assists with document preparation, but every will is read and approved by a qualified solicitor. No fully automated reviews.
You’ll know exactly who reviewed your will
The Willful panel is led by Nicholas Rattray, a solicitor admitted in 1992 with more than thirty years in practice. When your will enters review, it is assigned to one solicitor, and from that moment, their name and SRA registration number appear on your review inside your account.
Every panel solicitor holds a current practising certificate and can be looked up on the SRA’s public register at sra.org.uk, so the accountability is real, not a marketing page.
Questions during your review go straight to your solicitor through your secure inbox, and complex estates are routed to the panel member with the matching specialism. Read how the review works, step by step.

Complex estates are routed to panel solicitors with the matching specialism: trusts, business succession, or international assets.
Regulated. Accountable. Insured.
All Willful solicitors hold professional indemnity insurance and are subject to the SRA Code of Conduct. If you have a concern about any solicitor, you can report it directly to the SRA at sra.org.uk.
