Decisions in hands you trust
A Lasting Power of Attorney lets the people you choose act for you if illness or injury ever takes the choice away. Prepared from a guided interview, reviewed by an SRA-regulated solicitor, £99 per LPA.
Two LPAs. Most people need both.
One protects your health and welfare decisions; the other, your money and property. Each stands on its own.

Your answers pre-fill the official LP1H or LP1F form exactly as the Office of the Public Guardian expects it: no form-filling, no guesswork.

A solicitor reviews it
An SRA-regulated solicitor checks your LPA before you sign, so problems are caught before the OPG sees it, not months later as a rejection.

Common questions
What is a Lasting Power of Attorney?
An LPA is a legal document that lets someone you trust (your attorney) make decisions on your behalf if you lose the ability to make them yourself. Without one, your family may face a long, expensive Court of Protection application.
What is the difference between LP1H and LP1F?
LP1H covers health and welfare decisions: medical care, daily routine, where you live. LP1F covers property and financial affairs: bank accounts, bills, selling property. Most people need both; each is £99 with Willful.
Is the OPG registration fee included?
No: the Office of the Public Guardian charges its own £82 registration fee per LPA (reduced or free for some incomes). Our £99 covers preparation and solicitor review.
Can I make an LPA if I already have a will?
Yes: they do different jobs. Your will takes effect after death; an LPA protects you while you are alive. Many Willful customers set up both together.
